Just bought baby water turtle a week ago, but i noticed that it doesn't want to go to the water

Warm up the water a bit, and put a few feeder fish in there. Also, depending on how deep your aquarium is, be sure that there are a few ramp-ways for the turtle to get to. I'd also include some water plants in the mix, it makes traveling around more interesting and provides hiding spots.
