Dog just threw up white liquid and white worm?

IT was Large and WAS MOVING.

I basically almost died. :[

help./

I'm taking him to the shelter vet monday for his two week check up,but when we adopted him they said they had treated him for worms. very shady.
24 hours won't make that much of a difference, but don't miss his appointment on monday. The first treatment didn't work, either it wasn't strong enough, or the worms have reproduced.
This happens a lot with puppies.
It isn't a very agreeble sight, but at least this way you know for sure that he needs the second treatment.
